Hilltop Meeting
Dear Parents/Carers
Hilltop Residential Visit
You are invited to a meeting to discuss the Hilltops residential visit. This will provide an opportunity for you to become fully informed about the activities that will take place and for
you to ask any questions.
The meeting will be held next Wednesday, 16th June at 5.30 p.m .
The medical forms with this letter need to be returned by this date. If you are not attending the meeting please hand them in at the school office by Thursday 17th June.
Please would you also return the form below to let us know if you will be able to attend.
It has been brought to my attention that some of you are not aware that the Hilltop visit takes place over the 3 non-teaching (Professional Development) days at the start of the Autumn term.
I appreciate that this is not ideal however we are not able to alter this as it has been booked for some time.
We will ensure this is not the case with any future trips.
