Parent / Teacher Meetings
I hope that you have all been able to see your child’s class teacher. Please call in at the office and ask if you have not managed to make an appointment.
Captain Splosh - Reminder
Anglian Water and Captain Splosh will be visiting Year 6 tomorrow. They will be parking a large vehicle on the car park which will drive down The Entry at approximately 8 a.m. and out again at 4 p.m. We ask for your cooperation and patience if you are in The Entry at these times.
Y4 Easter Play – ‘Amazing Love’
The Year 4 children are working hard rehearsing for their Easter play entitled ‘Amazing Love’. This performance will be on Tuesday 30th March at 10 a.m. You are invited to join us on that day.
Church Service
You are invited to join us in St Mary’s Church on Thursday 1st April at 9.15 a.m. for our Easter celebrations.
Stationery Shop
Year 6 are running a stationery shop on Tuesday lunchtime. Children can purchase equipment for school at cost prices. Items range from 5 pence to 25 pence.
Outstanding money for school visits
If you have not already done so please could you send money in for the visits to:-
Hilltops (instalments now overdue for 2nd March and next instalment due on 30th March);
Holt Hall (instalments now overdue for 25th February and next one due tomorrow -25th March.
Y3 Hippodrome visit - outstanding amount £6. Please could you pay this the first week back after Easter.
For security reasons whenever possible please pay by cheque (made payable to Diss Church Junior School). If you need to pay cash please take it, with the form for residential visits, to the school office .
